OPERATION MANUAL:
It is recommended that the construction and wiring of this ASU optical cable adopts the hanging erection method. This erection method can achieve the best comprehensiveness in terms of erection efficiency, erection cost, operational safety and protection of optical cable quality. Operation method: In order not to damage the sheath of the optical cable, the pulley traction method is generally adopted. As shown in the figure, install the guide rope and two guide pulleys on one side (start end) and the pulling side (terminal end) of the optical cable reel, and install a large pulley (or tight guide pulley) at the appropriate position of the pole. Connect the traction rope and the optical cable with the traction slider,then install a guide pulley every 20-30m on the suspension line (the installer is better to ride on the pulley), and each time a pulley is installed, the traction rope is passed through the pulley, and the end is pulled manually or by a tractor (pay attention to the tension control). ). The cable pulling is completed. From one end, use the optical cable hook to hang the optical cable on the suspension line, and replace the guide pulley. The distance between the hooks and the hooks is 50±3cm. The distance between the first hooks on both sides of the pole is about 25cm from the fixing point of the hanging wire on the pole.
